We provide you with working drawings, as well as detailed renderings to ensure your vision will be met. Mark Pellow | Owner/Lead Contractor and Designer
I always knew I wanted to be a carpenter. From a young age I loved designing structures with blocks and making forts out of natural materials I found in the woods. I attended NSCC for carpentry and began framing houses after I graduated. After nine years in the industry I knew it was time to start my own company. It was around this time that I discovered my passion for designing and building exquisite outdoor living spaces and decks. I am able to express my creativity through my designs and it has become a sort of art form for myself. I love working with all types of products and bringing new innovations into all of my projects. I work with our clients for the entire design/build process to ensure that everything is being done according to plan and that they are getting exactly what they envisioned. Options are key when it comes to design and I like to provide my clients with different plans to show them all of the possibilities. My goal is to create a space for each client that they can be proud of and enjoy, no matter what the function of the space is.
Nicole Usher-Pellow | Designer/Drafter
I never saw myself in the design/drafting industry until one day an aptitude test told me that my natural abilities were suited best to design. I obtained my interior decorating diploma and from there discovered my love of drafting and design. I was accepted to NSCC’s Architectural Drafting program and am currently finishing up my final year. Over the last year I began working for Nova Decks and Renovations as their drafter and designer and I have loved every second of it. I work with clients to determine what their dream is for their project, together we select everything from materials, to colors, to finishes. Once a preliminary concept has been chosen, I create detailed designs to bring the project to life for them. Being able to create someone’s dream space, while bringing uniqueness and functionality to it, has become my passion. I love seeing the potential in every space, no matter the size, and turning it into a reality.
Keith Brault | Carpenter
As a child, I always loved to build things with my father. When I got older it became a passion of mine and I knew I wanted to make a career out of this passion of working with my hands. I took a carpentry course and met Mark after I graduated. I have been working with Mark for almost 5 years and when he started this company I knew I wanted to be a part of his deck building and renovation company. I love the potential that comes with the ability to build anything you like with a few tools and some materials. I enjoy being able to use creativity every day in my job. Around Christmas time I usually hand make gifts for my children. It is an amazing feeling seeing their smiles when they open their new gymnastics bar, doll house or doll furniture.
